Garret D. Weinrieb

Garret Weinrieb, a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and the University of California, Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa), draws on nine years of experience as a Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley criminal defense attorney and litigator to aggressively represent and protect his clients' rights and interests against all felony and misdemeanor criminal charges.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mr. Weinrieb is particularly adept at representing and relating to clients from a broad diversity of backgrounds. Stanley Perlo

Stanley Perlo has been a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney for over 35 years. Mr. Perlo has defended individuals in over 300 jury trials in state and federal court, against charges ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder. Among his many achievements, Mr. Perlo was previously honored as the Los Angeles Public Defender of the Year. Mr. Perlo has practiced in numerous criminal courts in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Pomona, West Covina, Orange County and San Bernardino. Mr. Perlo is a graduate of UCLA (1965) and the Southwestern Law School (1974).

During the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Perlo has served as a mentor and teacher to many criminal defense attorneys, and is immensely respected by judges, prosecutors and criminal defense attorneys throughout Los Angeles. He has lectured at the California Death Penalty Seminar, and served as the chairman of the Pasadena City College paralegal program.

Harvey Weinrieb

Mr. Weinrieb has over thirty years of experience as a Los Angeles Immigration and Nationality law attorney. The California Board of Legal Specialization certified Mr. Weinrieb as an Immigration and Nationality Law specialist. Mr. Weinrieb earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA (1965), and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law (1972). Mr. Weinrieb graduated from the Russian Language program at United States Department of Defense Language Academy (1966).

Mr. Weinrieb's immigration and nationality law expertise includes matters of Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residence (family and employment based), Specialty Occupations (H-1B), Intracompany Transferees (L-1A/L-1B), Treaty Investors (E-2) and Treaty Traders (E-1).

In addition to representing his clients, Mr. Weinrieb served as the Director of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Immigration Law Clinical Education Project, and as a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Special Committee on Deportation and Removal of Aliens. Mr. Weinrieb has supervised law students from UCLA, USC and Loyola in the provision of preliminary legal information for assistance to persons with immigration law problems.

Mr. Weinrieb has been distinguished as a Super Lawyer by Southern California Super Lawyer Magazine, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Immigration Law Section. Mr. Weinrieb is fluent in the Spanish language.
